Contraception, abortion, sexual abuse, euthanasia, genetic engineering and related social issues lead to the destruction of the traditional family structure and contribute to the destruction of life.
Therefore, we cover these subjects.

I just wanted to let your group know that we are conducting a 40 Days for Life Campaign from February 25, 2009 through April 5, 2009 in San Jose, CA.

Beginning February 25th we will be conducting a peaceful, prayerful vigil at the Planned Parenthood Abortion Clinic at 1691 The Alameda, San Jose, CA 95126 from 7am - 7pm each day. Please visit our website at www.40DaysforLife.com/sanjose for more information. A vigil calendar sign up sheet will be available for signups beginning February 5th.

We also need prayer and fasting participants to make our effort to end abortions in the United States a successful one.

You can call me at 408-353-8403 if you have any questions.

Hoping you’ll join us in this important Campaign for Life,
    Pat Bradley

I just moved to the area, and am wondering how I can get involved as an activist, worker or volunteer with a local pro life group near Seaside, CA
    Thank you

You should have a large “button” on the main page saying “to contribute.” I am still searching for a way to give you (a small amount of) money.

I am a little wee one
    down deep inside within.
I am the answer to the question,
    “When does human life begin?”

    The moment of conception
    when two lives did twine.
I began my life down here.
    It’s really quite divine.

    I feel so warm, protected,
    held close by your embrace.
I can hardly wait 9 months
to see you face to face.

When you and daddy did the deed
I sprang to life with lightning speed.
    two cells united became one,
    my little human life begun.

Take care of me dear mommy now.
I’m more than just a fetus.
    Please don’t let immoral law
    and government defeat us.

I feel no pain within your womb,
    a place of sanctuary,
but if Planned Parenthood finds me here
    things really might get scary.

I’m more than just a little blob
    to seek and to destroy.
    I’m actually your little girl,
    maybe your little boy.

Feel free to use this poem and the poster that I can attach to return email,
    Rob Holston

    Dear Ms. Giglio:
I have placed a huge amount of material related to Horatio Robinson Storer M.D., LL.B. (1830-1922) and the “Physicians’ Crusade Against Abortion” on this website:
    As the website points out:
Storer’s Crusade led to the laws against abortion that were overturned by Roe v Wade.
The laws prevented millions of abortions before the laws were overturned in 1973. The children saved typically grew up, had children, and became one or more ancestors of most of us.
There is an informative PowerPoint presentation near the bottom of the “Links” page of the website that includes quantitative proof of the effect of the state abortion laws on who is alive today in the U.S. It was my presentation February 2012 to the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
I hope you will come to agree that Storer’s profound effect on our current population needs to be discussed widely and in U.S. History courses and textbooks.
Here is a recent article that appeared in a Washington Times website:

    Dear California Right to Life,
I have just received an email asking for funds to support Steve Lonegan for U.S. Senate. I know nothing about this man. Is he Pro Life? Has your organization endorsed him?
Thank you for doing everything you can to help babies be born and families be normal!
    In Christ,
    Mrs. Beth Sykora

    Hello Ms. Giglio,
I have just read your interesting article sent to CalCatholic on the POLST document.
I am writing to ask for a little more clarification.

Are you saying that because of the immunity clause on the reverse of the form, medical personnel can act as THEY see fit. This would be regardless of a patient having stated that they want CPR, full treatment in a life threatening emergency and long term artificial nutrition with feeding tubes if necessary.

Would your recommendation be to ask that the POLST form be eradicated from ones medical records?

I am glad to have been made aware of your important website. I shall investigate it more fully.

Take away God, all respect for civil laws, all regard for even the most necessary institutions disappears; justice is scouted; the very liberty that belongs to the law of nature is trodden underfoot; and men go so far as to destroy the very structure of the family, which is the first and firmest foundation of the social structure.
- St. Pius X, Jucunda Sane, March 12, 1904
